D.PHARMA
D Pharma or Diploma in Pharmacy is a course of two-year duration. This is intended to teach students who desire to become pharmaceutical specialists. After getting this degree, students become talented enough to be hired in any pharmaceutical setting and foreign company. After getting this degree, students can find jobs such as Pharmacist, Quality Analyst, Medical Transcriptionist, Scientific Officer, and Production Executive.
Eligibility :
Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy: Pass in +2 Science examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Bioscience/Life-science) and/or Mathematics from C.H.S.E., Odisha or any examination equivalent to it, approved by PCI. Candidates must have passed in individual subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology (both theory & practical). Students of Vocational course & distance education/ correspondence course are not eligible. Admission conducted by DMET, Odisha.
Admission to D.Pharm course is from the merit list prepared by Convenor, D. Pharm Selection Committee, Odisha and rest of the seats are filled up by Management.
Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt. /State Govts./Union Territory Administrations as the case may be from time to time
